The Holiday Inn provided a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a well-maintained lobby. My Premium King Room was comfortable, offering great amenities like a spacious workspace and reliable Wi-Fi, which were essential for my business needs. The proximity to local dining options and the quiet environment made it easy to unwind after a long day of meetings.
The parking situation was somewhat limited.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Quad City Botanical Center and caught a show at Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse. The rooms were comfy, and the staff was accommodating. Just a heads-up on the fitness center's hours and expect some busy times if you're going with a group.
The parking lot was too small for the number of guests, which made things a bit hectic at times.

would stay here again
The premium king room was spacious and comfortable with AC, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a roll-in shower and free toiletries. The gym was impressive with a good variety of equipment. The restaurant served delicious meals as well. The lobby was cozy, making it easy to relax and socialize.

We loved the fantastic family lobby on the 7th floor, which provided a great place to gather and let the kids enjoy each other's company. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having 8 rooms for our large family of 9, including the kids.
In my kids’ opinion, there should be more activities for kids to enjoy. The parking situation wasn't ideal, and the late-night disturbances from sports teams made it tough for everyone to get adequate rest.

I stayed in a Standard Room for two nights. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which was super convenient. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it was surprisingly quiet. Really enjoyed the pool area too!

Good enough for a quick stay
The staff here were super friendly and really helpful, especially in the restaurant. The room was neat, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. Only bummer was the AC, it kept turning off way too often, which made for some sleepless nights. Breakfast was decent when they had it available. Wouldn't pick this place if I had more options.

Pleasant Experience Despite Room Needs
Our stay was enjoyable overall, though the room needed a deep clean. The staff were attentive, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. For future guests, bringing extra toiletries might help if supplies run low in your room.

The staff exuded professionalism and friendliness, particularly the desk clerks and housekeepers who were exceptionally helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, and the bed was particularly comfortable. However, the noise level was a bit higher at times despite the hotel being fully booked, and some areas of the property seemed a bit dated despite renovations.
